Whisk traditionally for usucha or pair with your favourite milk for a creamy, balanced latte.
Brewing Guide
- Sift 4g of matcha into your chawan to remove any clumps.
- Measure precisely using a scale for consistency.
- Add 15ml of water at 70–80°C and gently mix to form a smooth paste.
- Pour the remaining water (to total 50ml) and whisk in a “W” motion until a fine froth forms.
- Enjoy immediately, savour the layered umami, smooth texture, and calm, focused energy.
- If you are enjoying as a latte, add in 100-120ml of your choice of milk
