Harvested from the first flush in Uji, Kyoto, and stone-milled in Japan. A smooth, full-bodied ceremonial matcha with layered umami, gentle earthiness, and a refined aromatic finish.

Enjoy Asanagi

Whisk traditionally for usucha or pair with your favourite milk for a creamy, balanced latte.

Brewing Guide 

  1. Sift 4g of matcha into your chawan to remove any clumps.
  2. Measure precisely using a scale for consistency.
  3. Add 15ml of water at 70–80°C and gently mix to form a smooth paste.
  4. Pour the remaining water (to total 50ml) and whisk in a “W” motion until a fine froth forms.
  5. Enjoy immediately, savour the layered umami, smooth texture, and calm, focused energy.
  6. If you are enjoying as a latte, add in 100-120ml of your choice of milk
